David started his career at Dow in 2008 and is currently a Research Scientist for Organic, Polymers and Organometallics. David has worked on a number of catalyst development and process optimization projects of relevance to polyurethane polyols, refrigerant feedstocks and Dow AgroSciences. His work has also contributed to a number of different businesses within Electronic Materials. He is currently leading a project focused on process development to access low-cost feedstocks.
David received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and completed a Ph. D. in Inorganic Chemistry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology under the direction of Professor Joseph Sadighi. David joined The Dow Chemical Company after finishing a postdoctoral position at Cornell University with Professor Geoffrey Coates.
