The MRL is proud to congratulate graduate student John Lyons for receiving the Ken Hass Outstanding Student Paper Award from the American Physical Society for his paper “How localized acceptors limit p-type conductivity in GaN”.  The Ken Hass Outstanding Student Paper Award recognizes papers on industrial applications of physics.  Congratulations Jack!
