Congratulations to IRG-1 participants Gregg Maier, Michael Rapp, Alison Butler, Herb Waite, and Jakob Israelachvili for their discovery of an improved siderophore CTC that rivals marine mussels for adhesion in wet environments.  The results were a direct outcome of their work with the MRL and were recently published in the August 6th edition of the prestigious journal Science.
