The innovation engine for new materials

Waters UPLC-MS

Achieve stunning separations and accurate masses with the Waters Acquity H-class Ultra High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) system coupled with a Waters Xevo G2-XS quadropole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (QToF). With an electrospray ionization (ESI) source, the ToF MS or QToF can provide mass data up to 100,000 m/z either operating with the UPLC or independently, and signals can be optimized by operating in resolution or sensitivity mode. Whether you want to resolve the parent ion or its fragments, using increased collision energy or MS-MS, both results can be collected, providing your desired quantitative or qualitative results. High resolution (5 ppm or less) can also be acheived with a special calibration.

The MS can also be operated with an Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization (APCI) source or Atmospheric Solids Analysis Probe (ASAP) if ESI is not suitable for your analytes.
